Jim Carrey dans un rôle sérieux, ce n'est pas si courant. Un film qui semble avoir été écrit pour les amateurs de salles de cinéma, un peu trop long toutefois. On y assiste à la rénovation d'un vieux cinéma tombé à l'abandon.
